Years ago The Lumley Vampire Newsletter organized a political call in (call to action) to the state legislatures during a legislatures session. Socialist activist and former democratic Governor Janet Napolitano ordered the FBI Federal Bureau of Investigation to investigate the huge amount of phone calls and letters sent in by officers and their families. The FBI refused Janet Napolitano's witch hunt and stated the officers of ADOC have a constitutional right to contact their legislatures. This was under the Terry Stewart regime at ADOC. Napolitano then hired her sorority sister Dora Schriro to take over at ADOC as head mistress. Napolitano then tried to raise money for the democratic socialist party by claiming the officers of ADOC could not speak to legislatures without a "PAC" agreement. This is a Lie orchestrated by Napalitano and AZCPOA (AZCOPS) to sell union membership and generate money for politicians.

SB1485 is near a "reality" for corrupt unions in Arizona, "Unions promise revenge on Republican Lawmakers"
PHOENIX -- State lawmakers launched an attack Wednesday against public unions, including an absolute ban on state and local governments and school districts from bargaining with organizations that represent public workers.
The party line vote in the Republican-controlled Senate Committee on Government Reform came after extensive testimony from the Goldwater Institute, which crafted the language. Steve Slivinski, lobbying for approval of SB1485, told lawmakers that just eliminating collective bargaining alone could save Arizona taxpayers $550 million a year within seven years.
During the four hours of sometimes heated testimony, Mike Colletto, representing the Professional Fire Fighters of Arizona, told lawmakers their vote to ban collective bargaining -- and similar ones Wednesday on three others targeting unions -- will provoke a "firestorm" among members who will find other ways to affect policy. Options include ballot initiatives, like the 2006 measure that gave Arizona its first-ever minimum wage law, as well as working to elect more friendly legislators.
Nick Dranias of the Goldwater Institute, which has championed other anti-union measures in Arizona, said that just proves his organization's point that unions wield too much power. He said that Colletto was making "implied threats ... that if you don't vote the way they tell you to vote, they're going to exact revenge."

Arizona employers may soon be able to question female employees' use of contraception.
State lawmakers are considering a bill that would let employers deny women contraception coverage and ask them why they are using it.
Arizona already has a law on the books allowing religious employers to deny the coverage for moral reasons.
This bill expands that right to all businesses such as Taco Bell and McDonalds and employers like Phoenix Police, ADOC and the governors office.
Women could potentially get the pill for other uses, but they would have to explain why they use the contraception to their employers.
The sponsor of the bill, Majority Whip Debbie Lesko (R-Glendale), told the committee that it is intended to protect the first amendment right to religious liberty.
The bill advanced to the senate after making its way through the house.
The glass ceiling for women in the workforce just became a two-way-mirror for sexual predators in the workforce.

Arizona state correctional service officer Jeffrey Williams 46 arrested at ASPC-Eyman.
Williams was initially charged with 10 counts of child molestation
Williams is now being charged with 17 counts of molestation.
Williams has been an officer for 12 years and has a wife and family.
Correctional Service Capt. At ASPC-Perryville resigned and walked off the job after "Inmate Count" would not clear. Perryville has no idea how many inmates are there. April 2012

A Perryville Prison Correctional Officer with 4 yrs with ADOC was promoted and given a bribe of over $1,000 cash to transfer out of ASPC-Perryville Nearly every officer and inmate at Santa Cruz unit had a serious rare viral infection (contaminated water). The CDC center for disease control was notified by one officers Doctor and the CDC ordered ADOC to hold meetings and let the officers know. NO meetings were ever held, no officers were notified. Within days warden Daniel's was transferred to South Unit in Florence.
